The house is a typical Gascon farmhouse.
One of four large bedrooms has its own bathroom, a shower and toilet. There is a second large bathroom with separate toilet. A shower room with toilet upstairs as well. And a fourth single toilet.
The kitchen - dining room is spacious and fully equipped. Gas stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, and fireplace.
The house is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and a large freezer in the barn.
A very large covered terrace, equipped with a summer kitchen with bread oven, makes a nice environment to eat meals and get together for long moments of conviviality.
The house is surrounded by beautiful nature with trees and flowers (depending on the season of course!)
A large pool (14m/7m), complements this wonderfully together where you can sample both the comfort of the simple things and all the joys of a quiet stay.

Fontayre To stay in comfortably in a vehicle is essential.
There is no trade to Lachapelle.
There is a small grocery store in Mansfield, 4 km
The main shops and supermarkets are located in Valence d'Agen 15km.
You will find bakeries, butcher shops, grocery stores, pharmacies etc. ... It
