PANCAKES WITHOUT GLUTEN-FREE EGGS
CHESTNUT PANCAKES RICE (20 pancakes)
Preparation is tricky but it is a real treat!
Ingredients
- 170 g chestnut flour
- 170 g of rice flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 650 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation:
- Mix well and let stand 30 minutes
- Pour 1 ladle of 40 ml in a pan and shake to distribute the dough
- Make cook 1 minute on each side
APPLE PANCAKE
same recipe as before with only 550 ml of water + 3 apples finely grated
Make small pancakes
